All about CERT PREP - your default option in Intro to Information Tech:

In order to pass Intro to Information Technology, you will need to demonstrate time management as you work independently on obtaining five introductory certificates. This doesn't mean these will be the ONLY things you are working on in class. We will have labs, lesssons and independent projects. You can choose from ANY of the micro certification listed below.  There are many certificates to choose from.   Remember, Information Technology is a vast and expanding field, and if you continue to choose to take other tech classes you could work to receive HIGH PAYING TECH CERTS.  ALSO: As you earn more than 5 certificates, you have the opportunity to have more chances to win the PC we will be giving away @ the end of the semester AND YOU WILL MORE LIKELY BE ACCEPTED INTO A HELP DESK CLASS.  So, don't just stop at 5 certs... GET AS MANY AS YOU CAN!

I added FREE CODE CAMP HERE because, although this is a free certificate, it is considered a high stakes certificate. Many tech companies recognize this as a preparation path for hire. If you finish all 5 certs I would recommend working on FCC.
